Our products are shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS or UPS.

Return/Exchange Policy

  1. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed & in the same condition that you received it. Tags must be attached & you will need proof of purchase.
  3. NO REFUNDS - You will receive a store credit that expires at the end of the calendar year the credit was given.

  4. A 10% restocking fee will be taken from your store credit after 2 consecutive returns in 1 month.

  5. Packages must be stamped by USPS before the 14 days or they will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  6. If your items arrive damaged we need photo proof upon arrival with your order #, name on order & email - photos can be emailed to sassysisters2018@gmail.com.
